My name is Salih Mustafa Salih, I am a lecturer on Food Authenticity and Quality Control. I got three postgraduate degrees from three different universities on the United Kingdom. I got PhD degree from Plymouth University, UK on 2017 on Food Authenticity and Quality Control. On 2010 I did my master degree (M.Sc.) on Food Safety and Quality Management at Greenwich University, London, UK. Also, I got PGDip on Food Production Management at Nottingham University, UK on 2009. While, My first degree (B.Sc) was on Animal Resources, College of Agriculture, Salahaddin University- Erbil on 2005. Currently I am acting like the Head of Nutrition Department at Cihan University, Erbil- Kurdistan Region, Iraq.
