| Cihan University-Erbil expresses its sincere gratitude to the distinguished researchers who sent their researches to participate in the 3rd International Scientific Conference on Administrative and Financial Sciences, which was scheduled for April 2020 and was postponed due to the international circumstances related to the COVID 19 pandemic. Cihan University is pleased to inform you that the new date for the conference will be on March 30-31, 2021, and new research will continue to be received for participation in the conference until February 15, 2021 on the same conference site. www.conferences.cihanuniversity.edu.iq Accordingly, the conference will be held within the university campus in accordance to the pronounced date with the presence of the researcher to present his research.
